Third general meeting

The third general meeting took place online on Monday, 26 February 2024. All members were present. The key results and decisions are listed below:

Item 1
The membership applications of Prof. Ma Bin, private lecturer Tao Yi, private lecturer Xu Kangning, Sun Shuqi and Dr Li Peng were approved.

Item 2
The design of the WATCH e. V. logo, name tag and stamp was approved.

Item 3
The website of WATCH e. V. was set to www.watchev.org.

Item 4
The organisational structure of the association in China was decided: headquarters in Beijing, branches in Sichuan and Hainan.

Item 5
It was decided that the future development strategy of the association would be to intensify technical cooperation with the China Water Environment Group.

Item 6
It was agreed to organise the participation of members in the IFAT trade fair and to unveil the nameplate for WATCH e. V. on 14 May 2024 at IFAT. The stand of the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste (DWA) was designated as the venue.
